    How do you stop negative emotions?

    With some daily habits, physical toxins and negative emotions can be eliminated easily. Air, water and a brush are the magic trio to animate a healthy body, eliminating its toxins and balancing it emotionally.

    Methods to eliminate negative emotions and toxins

    Detox doesn't have to be something to fear or an expensive, complicated and exhausting ordeal. You can eliminate accumulated toxins in the body and eliminate negative emotions in the following ways. It is easy and accessible and contributes a lot to the well-being of your body.

    Breathe

    Breathing is usually not something we think about as it comes naturally. But most people don't really breathe properly, especially in our fast-paced world. Breathing tends to be narrow, shallow, and stressed. This style of breathing deprives us of the oxygen potential we can take in and this contributes to clouding the brain, fatigue and the accumulation of toxins. But this problem is easily solved with a little knowledge, intention, and a breathing technique called kapalabhati - " brilliant mind.”In Sanskrit. It is about cultivating an awareness of the breath. Most people only breathe with the upper part of the lungs, but we really need to breathe with the diaphragm to fully extract the air. Take a few minutes during the day to breathe deeply. Then read the following exercise with the kapalabhati practice:

    Sit in a comfortable position, with your spine straight. Breathe normally for about a minute. Then begin with a focused breath on the exhale. Inhalation should be spontaneous and effortless; only the exhalation should be gently accentuated. As you exhale, suddenly contract your abdominal muscles so rapidly that air is expelled loudly through your nose, like a bellows. Don't focus on the inhale. It will be automatic and passive. This exercise should be done in three rounds, each consisting of 11 breaths (for beginners).

    Hydration

    Drinking water seems like a basic and simple action, yet dehydration is common. Drink approximately 2.2 liters of water (approximately nine cups) a day to help eliminate toxins accumulated during the day (it helps to relieve the stress placed on the kidneys and liver). It is especially important to drink plenty of water first thing in the morning as toxins have built up overnight. Adding the juice of half a lemon is even better as it helps cleanse the liver. Chinese medicine believes that the liver is the seat of anger, while the kidneys are associated with fear (the balance of these organs is important for emotional health). Purified water is essential, otherwise we are simply changing one toxin for another.

    Brushed

    The brushing dry skin is another economical and easy way to detoxify. Dead cells are shed, the lymphatic and immune systems are stimulated while the toxins that are harbored in cellulite are reduced. A long-handled natural bristle brush is all that is needed. Start with dry skin and moving the brush up towards the heart. The feet are a good place to start. Brush the legs, arms, back, and abdomen. It takes only 5-10 minutes to brush the entire body. Make sure to enjoy a hot shower afterward, drink a large glass of water, and breathe deeply. His purified body will happily thank you
